Brightening the lives of seriously ill children

Our Mission

We help seriously-ill children by providing gaming and entertainment technologies (distractive entertainment) to hospitals across the country. Our programs are designed to uplift a child's spirit, distract them from their illnesses, and help them to cope with fear, anxiety, and boredom.

OUR PROGRAMS

Bright Spirit Children's Foundation works with local hospitals and treatment centers to determine the most appropriate programs or services needed for the kids. To request the support of Bright Spirit for your hospital, please send us your contact and request information.

Gaming & Entertainment Systems

Bright Spirit provides Xbox, PlayStation, Wii, Nintendo Switch and other stand-alone gaming systems, complete with games, accessories, and more!

Tablets and Computers

Bright Spirit provides iPads, laptops (Mac & PC), desktops, and other computer equipment.

Televisions

Bright Spirit provides hospital-grade flat panel televisions (if needed), both bedside and in entertainment rooms.

"In just a few short years, Bright Spirit has made a tremendous impact on Boston Medical Center (BMC)—and especially in the lives of our Pediatric patients. You can tell that for Bright Spirit, it’s not just a matter of providing entertainment for children—it’s about bringing comfort and enjoyment during a time where they may feel scared, nervous or anxious. Most importantly, we have seen their donations make a difference in the experience of not only our patients, but also our patients’ families, generating smiles and laughter, as well as a welcomed distraction during difficult times. As Boston Medical Center embarks on redesigning the pediatric unit and PICU, we are incredibly grateful to have Bright Spirit by our side.”
